Description
Learn how to nurture yourself and others in this Usui Reiki level 1 course. The first level is about learning the energy connection and foundational hand healing practice of Usui Reiki to support yourself and others. You will learn how to channel Reiki energy and how to conduct a healing session. You will learn how to hold your hands above or on different parts of the body and channel Reiki energy into that area and you will connect with hand positions that have been passed down through the generations.
