Over the course of two days I will share the cornerstones of Usui Reiki with you. We will build your foundation on the techniques and knowledge that has been passed down through the generations of Reiki Masters, connecting you to Usui Mikao Sensei, the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho. I will add to this wealth of knowledge by sharing my own experiences and what I have learned along this journey as a Reiki Master and Practitioner with you. We will dive into learning with both theoretical and practical exercises.
You will receive an attunement as part of this training. The attunement is a traditional energetic initiation that allows you to connect and work with Reiki energy. The best way I can describe it is this: the attunement is like an electrician laying cables from point A to point B, allowing the Reiki energy to flow to and through you. You will learn a specific connection ritual, allowing you to channel the Reiki energy at will, like you’d turn on a light switch.
The first level will give you the tools and knowledge you need to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. During our course, there will be time to give a Reiki treatment to another person. Due to this being a remote course, you are invited to give this treatment to a loved one in your home. I will guide you through your treatment via video call.
When this course is completed, it is recommended that you conduct a 21 day self-cleansing and healing period, where you are giving yourself a Reiki self treatment each day. As your Reiki Master and teacher, I will continue to be available for support in the future.
