CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT: You have until 48 hours before your appointment to cancel. Cancellations between 48-24 hours means that 50% compensation is owed. CANCELLING YOUR PARTICIPATION: You have up until one week prior to your booked Reiki course to cancel your participation for a full refund. This means that if the course starts on a Saturday, you have until midnight on Friday the week before to send me an email with your cancellation.
RESCHEDULING YOUR PARTICIPATION: You can transfer your payment and course participation to another date up until 7 and 3 days before our Reiki course begins. This means that if our course starts on a Saturday, you have time to transfer your spot until midnight on Tuesday to transfer your spot.
CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 72 HOURS AND LESS BEFORE THE COURSE START DATE: Your payment is non refundable and non exchangeable.
