It is recommended that you sign up for Reiki level II after having spent some time deepening your connection with Reiki and after fully integrating all the learnings from level I. I recommend leaving at least four months in-between. I am aware that each student knows their own timing best and I trust that you will know when you are ready.
This course is taught over the course of two days. We will dive into learning with both theoretical and practical exercises.
The second level gives you the capability to send Reiki across time and space. During our course, there will be time to give a remote Reiki treatment to a fellow student and to receive one remote treatment yourself. This exercise gives you the opportunity to experience and explore this method. If you book a one-on-one course with me, you and I will take turns giving and receiving this remote treatment.
You will receive an attunement as part of this training. The attunement is a traditional energetic initiation that allows you to connect and work with Reiki energy. The level II attunement allows you to channel even more healing energy and to channel the specific kinds of healing energy connected to the three Reiki symbols that you will learn during this course.
When this course is completed, it is recommended that you conduct a 21 day self-cleansing and healing period, where you are giving yourself a Reiki self treatment each day. As your Reiki Master and teacher, I will continue to be available for support in the future.
